Subhash has a wealth of diverse industry experiences starting with the Corporate Sales & Marketing departments of Bharti Airtel, India's largest Telecom giant, as part of their coveted "Young Leaders" program. He then worked as the Business Head of MySmartprice.com, an e-commerce startup in the price comparison space. Moving onto the hospitality Industry, Subhash worked with OYO Rooms, India's largest chain of branded hotels, to help them setup their Flagship Hotels Business from scratch.
Subhash joined CEIPAL in early 2017 as Vice President – Sales, Strategy & Operations. He is currently running the show from our Indian RND office. He is driving Ceipal to evolve into the Global market segment leader in the HCM solutions space. Full of the enterprising spirit, Subhash is inculcating the same spirit within his team, molding them into future go-getters. Shouldering the responsibility of taking CEIPAL to the next level, the team under his tutelage is the taking the challenge head-on.
Born and raised in Hyderabad, India, Subhash went on to complete his undergrad from the prestigious IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), Kharagpur. Adding management expertise to his engineering aptitude, He completed his MBA from the country's most illustrious management institute, IIM Ahmedabad.

Metzler has over fifteen years of leadership, sales, and technology based experience working for companies ForumLogix, Boardroom Development Partners, IAC/InterActiveCorp, Net@Work, Inc. Metzler studied business administration and marketing at SUNY Oswego.
Robert J. Duffy

Rochester native Robert J. Duffy began as Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce president and Chief Executive Officer January 1, 2015. Prior to working for Rochester Chamber, Duffy served as New York lieutenant governor in Governor Andrew Cuomo's administration from January 2011 to December 2014. Duffy previously served as Rochester mayor from January 2006 to January 2011 and as Rochester police chief from March 1998 to April 2005, when he resigned his post to run for mayor. He joined the Rochester Police Department in November 1976.
Duffy also serves on a variety of boards, including SUNY Board of Trustees, Chairman of the AIM Photonics Leadership Council, Center for Governmental Research, Business Council of New York State, AVANGRID, and Visit Rochester.
