Cheryl started Tracz Consulting in 2019 to provide a vendor-neutral approach for enterprise organizations to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions regarding their non-employee workforce. Tracz Consulting has evolved to also support private equity firms, staffing suppliers, and contingent workforce-specific technology organizations. Before consulting, Cheryl had twenty years of experience which provided her the pleasure to support, implement, re-engineer, and operationalize more than 70 marquee organizations' contingent labor programs. She has successfully done so by understanding how they acquire, engage, develop, build their external workforce and align their internal resources for a total talent management view.
