On September 30, 2022, Ceipal hosted Ceipal Connect, a series of premiere HR and staffing symposiums, in Hyderabad: The city of Pearls, India. This invitation-only event brought together talent acquisition leaders to enjoy an evening full of trailblazing panel discussions, presentations, and networking. The event drew over 150 attendees from the HR and staffing industry ranging from small to large enterprises.
The event’s in-depth discussions were focused on the theme of the evening: “Innovation in Recruitment.”’ The panel discussions focused on the transformative innovations and steps taken by organizations to find candidates amidst economic and political uncertainties.
The event began with Ceipal CEO Sameer Penakalapati’s welcome note, followed by the first panel discussion on Attracting Modern-day Job Seekers: Reinventing Candidate Experience! with the HR leaders from Hyderabad’s top tech companies focusing on ways to navigate the candidate-centric market. The audience also enjoyed guided presentations on how Ceipal can enhance its recruitment workflows and how hiring automation can drive business growth. The second panel focused on Driving Growth for Staffing Organizations: What’s Next in Recruitment? The speakers leveraged their decades of experience to impart insights on the state of the staffing industry. The speakers discussed the threats and also the opportunities to make better business decisions amidst economic disparities.
The sessions were followed by fun activities, giveaways, and highly engaging networking sessions, resulting in a night of sharing knowledge & solutions among the who’s who of the industry.
