Talent Sourcing Features
Ceipal users with the LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) integration will now be able to utilize the latest features of Recommended Matches and Unified Search to boost their talent sourcing.
Recommended Matches
The Recommended Matches integration generates candidate recommendations based on Ceipal’s job descriptions—even including candidates who have not applied for the position. Recruiters can use InMail to reach out to candidates that are a good fit and add them to the candidate pipeline for the job post without leaving the ATS. The more recruiters use Recommended Matches, the more the algorithm learns and the better the matches get.
Unified Search
While RSC lets recruiters search for candidates from either their ATS or LinkedIn, Unified Search enables users to start a search from the Ceipal ATS that will result in a list from both their own database and LinkedIn, as well as any resumes sent to the ATS via the RSC integration. All results are then displayed via the LinkedIn Unified Search Widget, which uses the following parameters:
- Keyword: Specific keywords such as first name, last name, industry, etc.
- Location: Current location per a candidate’s LinkedIn Profile
- Job Title: Current or previous job title
- Open to Work: Whether or not a candidate is designated as Open to Work
