A recent survey conducted by Capterra with 500 HR professionals explores the scope and ingenuity of the talent management software, and hindrances if any. Here we have reviewed their survey to help you with these key takeaways-.



Interestingly, 66% of the respondents admitted that talent management software had a significant impact on their hiring process and they find it irreplaceable. However, the expectation is for greater impact on other processes by integration of newer features such as Mobile Accessibility, Personality, and Aptitude Tests, Focus on Training/On-Boarding Process, Job-boards & Social Media Integration, Video Interviewing and Training, Gamified Performance Reviews & Training etc.
