High Bounce Rate: For ten years, V Group used another ATS, but they had outgrown it; and to make matters worse, it could not prevent recruiter emails to candidates from getting stuck in spam filters. Since most of the recruiter emails were being labeled as spam, they were not being delivered to potential candidates.

Lower Recruiter Productivity: When the recruiters did not get a response from a candidate, they had to follow up via phone—impacting productivity and losing valuable time. During the follow-up calls, recruiters learned that their emails were not getting through to the candidates. V Group knew that they needed an ATS that would solve this problem and improve recruiters’ productivity.
