VP of CWS, Staffing Industry Analysts
Dawn is responsible for leading and overseeing SIA's CWS Council and SIA's Certification & Training, including the Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP & SOW) accreditation program, and CW Workshops. Along with the CWS Council Team, she is responsible for assisting CWS Council members deploying strategies for managing their workforce in the areas of strategy and execution, negotiation, program design, legal and contractual concerns, risk mitigation and more.
Dawn has more than 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, consistently providing best-in-class solutions to suppliers and buyers alike. At CEIPAL Connect, Dawn will give a keynote followed by a live Q&A session for all attendees.
