After completing his MBA in HR & Marketing from JNTU in 2007, he gained valuable working insights in Technology Recruitment & General Staffing, Resource Management, Vendor Management, Managing & Building Winning Teams, Running Change Initiatives, Lead "Quick Turnaround" teams across Green/Brown Field Projects, RPO, VOP engagement model through his past marquee employers like ManpowerGroup India (Manpower Inc, US) and RGF Professional India (Recruit Holdings, Japan).
