Senior Director of Diversity, ADP
Paula Frank is currently a Senior Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) at ADP. She is advises business leaders on how to grow and harness the power of diverse teams. In her role, Paula leads global initiatives focused on culture, engagement, talent, development, mobility and retention of underrepresented groups. She provides subject matter consultancy to leaders on best-in-class DE&I practices. She leads the design and delivery of several women and minority leadership development programs, Diversity Councils and other inclusion initiatives like Disrupt Bias, Drive Inclusion, one of the company's key strategic approaches to addressing unconscious bias in support of the CEO Action Pledge for Diversity.
Paula joined ADP in 2011 where she negotiated contracts for the Global Procurement organization. In 2015, she served as Director of Supplier Diversity with an emphasis on assisting top performing business owners from underrepresented categories (veterans, women, minorities, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ and small businesses) in securing new business at ADP. In her first full year in the role, Paula launched a transformational strategy that resulted in supplier diversity engagement growth of 36%. The new supplier engagement framework ultimately led to a first-time prestigious industry recognition for ADP by DiversityInc as one of the Top 15 Companies for Supplier Diversity in 2018.
Paula has held strategic, results-oriented leadership roles in diversity, recruitment, contracts and vendor management throughout her career. Paula was born, raised and educated in New Jersey. She earned a MS in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BA in Psychology from Montclair State University.
