Romeen is the President of Metasys Technologies, a workforce management advisory firm based in Atlanta. Prior to leading Metasys, I was a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, I worked across industries and specialized in strategic transformation, merger integration, organizational design and capability building initiatives. Prior to McKinsey, I led Business Operations & Strategy at Ravel, a venture-backed startup in Silicon Valley that was acquired by LexisNexis in 2017.
