Overhead costs

Overhead costs are indirect costs the company accrues by using different resources. In staffing, overhead costs generally accrue when trying to place a candidate for a job. Costs such as job board integrations, job board credits, or any cost that is incurred to achieve a placement, is categorized as an “overhead cost.” These costs are categorized as a loss to the company.
