What is Email Cleanup?

Email Cleanup is a crucial step in using CEIPAL’s Mass Mail feature. It helps you reduce your Bounce rate and ensure you make the best use of your Mass Mail credits.

Cleanup is done to “clean” and check the validity of the email ID’s in your saved Contact Groups and you can view this data by checking the Email Statistics option (in Message Center). Groups can be added to the Recipients field, at Message Center, only after the Cleanup is done.
