How to Clean Contact Groups?

Only Cleaned Contact Groups can be viewed and added as recipients to a Mass Mail, in the Message Center. This helps in keeping a low bounce rate. Cleanup Credits must be purchased and allocated to do cleanup of your contacts.

1 Cleanup Credit cleans 100 Email addresses (Unused Cleanup Credits get carried forward to the next month)

Steps to clean a group:

1. Click on your profile icon (Top right corner)
2. View Profile
3. Select Contact Groups tab
4. Find group from the list
5. Click on the ‘Clean’ (recycle symbol) icon next to the group, under Actions column
