How to Configure the Display of Unopened Applicant or Job Posting records?

CEIPAL ATS allows you to configure the display of unopened profiles in the system. When a new record is created, it will be highlighted in Bold or marked with a Star based on the configuration done in this setting.

Steps to configure:

1. Go to Admin Setup
2. Go to Organization
3. Click on General Settings
4. Find the setting titled “Unopened Records Display”
5. Select from ‘Bold,’ ‘Star,’ and ‘Nothing’
6. Click Save on the bottom of the page.

Bold – The record details will appear in bold text in the main index

Star – The records will be starred on the left side in the main index

Nothing – Unopened records is not marked differently from the opened records in the main index
