How to Enable the Automatic Triggering of Mail Merge Summary Notification as an Email?
- Go to Admin Setup
- Go to Organization
- Click on General Settings
- Find the setting named “Send mail merge summary notification”
- Select whom to send notifications to from the dropdown list
- Click Save
Note: If no user is selected, email notifications will not be triggered.
