How to allow a contact to be added in multiple Contact Groups?
- Go to Admin Setup
- Go to Organization
- Click on General Settings
- Find the setting named “Would you like to allow the same contact in multiple contact groups?”
- Switch ON the setting
- Click Save
Note: If the setting is switched off, the system will restrict users from adding a contact to more than one Contact Group.
