How to Disable a Workforce Account for a User?

Steps:

  1. Log in to Workforce
  2. Click on the four-grid icon on the top-right side called “Apps.”
  3. Click on ‘User Management’
  4. Find the employee whose account you want to disable 
  5. Scroll to the rightmost side to find the icons under the Actions column
  6. Click on the icon named ‘Disable Account’
  7. Click on “Yes” for the popup that appears.
