How to Integrate my MSG91 account with CEIPAL ATS?

The details required for integrating your MSG91 account are:

• Sender ID
• API Key

Please contact your support representative at MSG91 for this information, in case you don’t have it already.

Steps to Integrate your MSG91 account:

1.  Click on the profile icon
2.  Click on Admin Setup
3.  Go to Integrations
4.  Select ‘SMS Integrations’
5.  Find MSG91 on the list
6.  Click on the “Add” option
7.  Enter the details requested
8.  Click ‘Save’.
9.  To assign the provider to users, Click on the “Assign” option
10.  Click on the profile icon named “Assign Account to Team” under the Actions column
11.  Choose Team or Users
12.  Click “Save.”

For Enabling the Account Access for a User:

1.  Click on the Profile icon
2.  Select the ‘View Profile’ option
3.  Go to the ‘User Preferences’ tab. 
4.  Select MSG91 under SMS Provider.
5.  An icon to log in will appear.
6.  Click on the icon
7.  Log in to the portal
