Sourcing on CEIPAL ATS

Direct Sourcing of candidates can be done in three ways through CEIPAL:

1.  Advanced Search: We can source a candidate manually by clicking on Quick Links > Advanced Search.
2.  Search Criteria on Job Posting profile: Open the desired Job and to the left in the Search Criteria, enter the Search string and job boards and search for candidates.
3.  Harvesting/ Evergreen Criteria: Use the feature to auto-download applicant profiles from your job board of choice, based on a set search criteria and time.
