Evergreen Search Criteria / Managed Resume Harvesting is a process that automates searching and downloading of applicant profiles into the Internal Database from Job Boards.

Recruiters are given an option to schedule resume harvesting in their non-work hours with multiple criteria. Harvested resumes are saved in the Internal Database, i.e. the Applicants module. Many job boards like Dice, CareerBuilder, and Monster have the option of harvesting which can be availed via CEIPAL ATS.

The main benefit of automating harvesting is that one can make use of unused resume searching credits in their job board accounts and that too without spending time to manually download them.
