How to Integrate RingCentral as VOIP or SMS provider?

The details required for integrating RingCentral are:

If you do not have this detail, please contact your support representative at RingCentral.

Steps to Integrate your RingCentral number:

  1.  Click on the profile icon
  2.  Click on Admin Setup
  3.  Go to Integrations
  4.  Select ‘SMS Integrations’
  5.  Find RingCentral on the list
  6.  Click on the “Add” option
  7.  Enter the details requested
  8.  Click ‘Save’.
  9.  To assign the provider to users, Click on the “Assign” option
  10.  Click on the profile icon named “Assign Account to Team” under the Actions column
  11.  Choose Team or Users
  12.  Click “Save.”

 

For Enabling VOIP/Call Access:

  1.  Click on the Profile icon
  2.  Select View Profile option
  3.  Go to the ‘User Preferences’ tab. 
  4.  Select RingCentral under VOIP Provider.
  5.  An Icon to log in will appear.
  6.  Click on the icon
  7. Log in to the portal

 

For Enabling SMS Access:

  1. Click on the Profile icon
  2.  Select View Profile option
  3.  Go to the ‘User Preferences’ tab
  4.  Select RingCentral under SMS Provider
  5.  An Icon to log in will appear
  6.  Click on the icon
  7.  Log in to the portal
