VOIP Integration with CEIPAL: Vitel Global

Integrate Vitel Global Account with CEIPAL. Follow the below steps to set up the same.

  1. Click on Profile Icon
  2. Go to Setup
  3. Access Management > User >Select User
  4. Click on Edit, Fill in the office number along with the extension number, and click Update.
  5. Go to View Profile -> User Preferences -> VOIP Provider select -> VOIP office (save number)
  6. Select the VOIP account
  7. ​Fill in office number along with the extension number and Save
  8. Open Applicant module -> Select Applicant -> beside Applicant there will be a phone Icon (click on it to make a call)
