How can I edit a client category?

Edit the client category:

  • Select “Clients” from the upper navigation menu 
  • Search for and select the relevant client
  • Select the “Edit Client” button 
  • Modify the category as needed
  • Click “Update” 

Note: A new category can be added to the drop down from setup. To do so, click on Profile Icon > Click on Admin Setup > Client Module > Client Category > Add > Add new client category > Save. This new category will now be shown in the dropdown.
