How to Notify Specific Users Once an Email Clean Up is Completed?

To notify specific people once the clean up is done:

1. Click on your profile icon
2. Click on Admin Setup 
3. Go to Global Settings
4. Click on Email Clean Up Settings
5. Click on Email Clean Up Notification
6. Select users / roles as needed
7. Click Save.
