CEIPAL provides an option to search for candidates through various modules wherein you add the choice of filters of skills, location, job title, etc and find the suitable candidates for your job requirements. 

HOW TO: SEARCHING FROM JOB POSTING MODULE

You can directly find candidates who match your job requirements directly from the job post without having to search separately. You can add filters for job location, country, skills etc. 

Advance search candidates from job postings

• Go to the job posting.
• On the right panel you can enter the ‘search criteria’.
• Add location details, filters. 
• Click on ‘save and search’
