How are Duplicate Applicants or Talent Bench profiles detected?

The Applicants and Talent Bench modules can be configured to stop the creation of duplicate records based on the Email address, Passport number and/or PAN card number. If email address is selected, the system will allow only one profile to be created for an email address. The same email address cannot be used in another profile creation.
