Edit Scheduled interview.

When an interview with a candidate is scheduled and it does not go as planned either due to picking a time or the meeting room doesn’t work with the parties. In these situations, you can reschedule the interview to find a new time or a room or for other reasons.

To cancel or Reschedule an interview:

  • Navigate to Jobs list page.
  • Search and find the applicant associated with the job for which you want to cancel or reschedule an interview.
  • Click on + icon to expand the applicant list associated with the job.
  • Click on the applicant name.
  • You see the applicant profile page.
  • Click on the Interviews tab, you will see the list of interviews scheduled.
  • Click on the icon for Cancel and  for Reschedule.
  • Click on Cancel or Reschedule

If you click on Cancel, confirm the action by clicking on Yes. The interview will be cancelled.

If you click on Reschedule, you will be taken to the Reschedule Interview page. Fill the form and click on Reschedule
