How can I blacklist a client?

Option 1:

1. Open the Clients module
2. Search for the client you want to blacklist 
3. Check the box on the left hand side of the client listing 
4. Click on the Actions button appearing above the list, on the left side.
5. Select Add to Blacklist

Option 2:

1. Open the Clients module
2. Search for and select the client you want to blacklist 
3. Select the cancel icon in the upper right hand corner named Add to Blacklist
4. Specify reason, enter comments, and click Save
