How can I create bench applicants through an import?

Users can import bench applicants into CEIPAL through an excel sheet. 

• Select “Talent Bench” from the top navigation menu
• Select the downward pointing arrow icon in the right hand corner (“Import”) 
• Upload the relevant excel sheet 
• Specify whether duplicate records should be skipped or overwritten 
• Map the excel columns to the relevant fields by selecting choices from the dropdown 
• Attach applicant resumes 
• Select “Import” 

Note: Importing bench applicants requires certain permissions. Contact your administrator if you cannot import applicants.
