How can I define a bench flow?

To define a bench flow: 

• Select “Talent Bench” from the top navigation menu
• Select the gears icon in the top left hand corner 
• Select “View Bench Status” 
• Select “Define Bench Flow” in the upper right hand corner
• Configure new bench flow and click “save”
