How can I search and import resumes from Resume Library?

To import resumes from Resume Library:

  • Select the “quick links” menu in the upper right hand corner 
  • Select “Advanced Search” 
  • Click on the Resume Library tab 
  • Select the job board account and click “Enable Session” 
  • Enter search criteria and hit “Search” 
  • Select the applicant resumes you want to download 
  • Select “Migrate Profile.” The system will create applicant records in the “Applicants” module

Note: Resume Library Search Accounts can be configured at Admin Setup > Job Boards > Configure Resume Search Accounts
