How can set approvers create a placement in CEIPAL’s ATS?

Admins can specify approval workflows for placement creation in CEIPAL’s ATS. If a user is set as the approver for placement creation, whenever another user tries to create a placement, the system will display a pop-up to raise a request for the placement. The approver can approve from within the placements module.

To configure Approval person for the placements:

• Click on your profile icon > “Admin Setup” 
• Click “Placements” > “Placement Settings” 
• Select “Placement Creation Approval” 
• Specify your approval workflow
• Click “Save”
