How do I change bench applicant status in Talent Bench?

To change bench applicant status:

• Select “Talent Bench” from the top navigation menu
• Search for and select the relevant bench applicant 
• In the right hand column (“Bench Details”), click the “Edit” icon by “Status” 
• Modify the status as needed

Note: You cannot change the status of a bench applicant who is waiting for approval.
