How do I edit a Job Requisition?

  • Go to Dashboard 
  • Go to Job Postings 
  • Select Requisitions 
  • Choose the requisition you want to publish
  • Edit as needed and publish the requirement

To edit Job Requisition:

  • Go to the “Job Requisitions” page
  • Search for the requisition you want to edit
  • Select the “Edit” icon (under the “Actions” column) for your requisition 
  1. Make the changes and select “Update.” The status will change to “Submitted.”

If you select “cancel”

  • The entered details will not be saved
  • The last saved values will be retained
  • You will be taken to the “Job Requisitions” page

Note:

  • You can edit requisitions that are added by you
  • You cannot edit a requisition that is halfway through the approval process. 
  • You cannot edit a requisition that is approved.
  • The “Job Code” field cannot be edited if the admin has configured an automatic code generation.
