How do I share the profile of a bench applicant?

To share a bench applicant profile:

• Select “Talent Bench” from the top navigation menu
• Search for and select the relevant bench applicant 
• Select the gears icon in the upper right corner (“Global Actions”) 
• Select “Share the Profile” 
• Select the relevant recipients and click “Send” 
• The system will generate a preview; to confirm, click “Send”
