How do I submit a bench applicant to requirement?

To submit a bench applicant to a requirement:

• Select “Talent Bench” from the top navigation menu
• Search for and select the applicant you wish to submit 
• Click the arrow icon in the upper right corner (“Submit”) 
• Fill in the required submission fields 
• Select “Submit” 

Note: To submit a bench applicant, users need certain permissions. Contact your administrator if you do not have permissions.
