- Navigate to the “Jobs List” page
- Search for your desired job and click on the job code. This will take you to the “Job Details” page
- Click on the “Submit Applicant” option in the top right corner. This will take you to the Applicant Profile Submission page
- Select one of two options:
- All profiles: This will list all the applicants for this job
- Bench profiles: This will list profiles who have completed their projects and are not currently employed.
- Search for the applicant(s) you wish to submit
- Select the applicant(s) using the check boxes next to their profile name
- Select “Submit Profile”
Notes:
To enter an applicant’s technical skills, select “Add”
- Enter technical skills
- Specify years of experience
- Select “Save”
To enter applicant’s reference details, select “Add”:

- Enter reference details
- Specify reference type
- Select “Save”
To enter applicant’s employee details, select “Add”:

- Enter employee details
- Select “Save”
Notes:
- If you do not want to see placed applicants in the applicants list, specify these settings in your admin panel
- In case you want to edit the entered data click on the Edit icon
- In case you want to delete data click on the Delete icon
- In case you want Employer Details mandatory, specify this in the admin panel
