How to Add a Confirmed Applicant to Placement?

Placement can be made only for Applicants who have been ‘confirmed’ using the ‘Add to Confirmation’ button.

Steps to Convert an Applicant to Placement:

1. Open the Placements module 
2. Filter view from “All Placements” to “All Confirmations” 
3. Select the relevant applicant from the list
4. Select the “Convert to Placement” icon on the upper right corner 
5. Click “Yes” when popup appears
6. Enter the date of joining and comments, if any
7. Click ‘Save.’

Note: Choose to initiate or cancel onboarding when confirming the candidate. Onboarding cannot be initiated once the applicant is placed.
