How to add a new job in CEIPAL ATS?

Users can create a new job in four different ways:

Create Manually

  1. Navigate to the “Job Posting” module 
  2. Click on “New”
  3. Choose “Create Manually” 
  4. Populate the required job details
  5. Click on “Publish.” 

 Job Templates

  1. Navigate to the “Job Posting” module 
  2. Click on “New”
  3. Choose “Job Templates”
  4. Select your desired job template 
  5. Fill in the details of your job requirement 
  6. Click on “Publish.”

Requisitions​​

  1. Navigate to the “Job Posting” module
  2. Click on “New”
  3. Select “Requisition” choose your preferred job requisition 
  4. Make the changes to the details as per your requirement
  5. Click on “Publish.”

Note​: ​Requisitions must be approved to appear on the Job Posting main index.

Parse​ Job Details

  1. Navigate to the “Job Posting” module 
  2. Click on “New”
  3. Click on “Parse Job Details”
  4. Paste the job description into the field.
  5. Click on “Publish’

Note: To create a job, the user must have the ‘Allowed to Add Records’ permission in Access Control. Another way to create a new job is through CEIPAL extension added to Gmail.
