How to Bulk Import candidates.

A Recruiter or an Account manager has an option to Bulk Import candidates in CEIPAL. All they need is the database in the Local Drive.

Bulk parsing is an option where a maximum of 20 resumes can be uploaded at a time. Which means there’s no restriction on the number of times the option is being used, but only the restriction of 20 resumes are accepted by the system.

Here, we will see how to use the Bulk parsing option.

• In order to do a bulk parsing of candidates, make sure the resumes are in a folder in the local drive.
• Go to the Applicants Module.
• Click on New.
• Select the Bulk Parsing option.
• Select 20 resumes and click on Start Parsing.
• All the resumes will be added as applicants in the Applicant’s module. Also the resume will be be attached to the respective applicants profile
