How to Initiate an eForm?

eForms can be initiated for records in Applicants, Talent Bench, Clients or Vendors modules.

Steps to initiate an eForm for an Applicant/Talent Bench record:

  1. Open the Applicant/Talent Bench/Client/Vendor record
  2. Find the gear icon on the top right corner named “Global Actions”
  3. Click on ‘Request eForm’
  4. Choose the job for which this eForm is being initiated – this is useful for tracking purposes.
  5. Choose the correct eForm to initiate
  6. Click on Send.

Steps to initiate an eForm for a Client/Vendor record:

  1. Open the Client/Vendor record
  2. Click on the ‘Request eForm’ icon on the top right side
  3. Choose the job for which this eForm is being initiated – this is useful for tracking purposes.
  4. Choose the correct eForm to initiate
  5. Click on Send.
