How to Unpublish a Job Published on Job Boards?

There are two ways to unpublish a job published on Job boards.

First method is from the Job Posting:

1. Go to Job Posting module
2. Identify the job to be unpublished
3. Find a small icon (usually a job board logo) next to the Job Code
4. Click on the icon
5. Select the job board to be unpublished from
6. Click Yes when the confirmation popup appears

Second method is from Quick Links:

1. Click on Quick Links (four grids icon on top right corner)
2. Select “Published Jobs”
3. Select the job board from which you want to unpublish the job
4. Select the job from the published list
5. Click on “Unpublish” option that appears above the list
6. Click “Yes” on the confirmation popup.
