Placement Module

Once the hiring process is completed and an applicant has accepted a job offer, they are said to be “placed” in a role/organization. All applicant profiles confirmed by the client and/or placed to jobs, are recorded in the Placements Module.

What does “Confirmation” and “Placement” mean in CEIPAL ATS?

Confirmation – When an Applicant has cleared all rounds of interviews and evaluation and the Client ‘confirms’ that they can offer the job position to them, the recruiter can “Add Confirmation” to the submitted profile. Confirmations fall in the Placements module, under the “All Confirmations” tab. Confirmed Applicants can be added as a Placement once the Applicant confirms their interest in joining the job.

Placement – A placement is a record created for an applicant once they have accepted the job offered by the Client. Placement records will have details of the Applicant, Employer (i.e. Client), job starting date and Payment Summary (including Pay Rate, Bill Rate, Overhead expenses according to configured markup details). You can also Generate Report and Revise Payment details from an opened Placement record.
