Setting up the communication address

Firstly, once given access to the CEIPAL account, set up the account by giving the business email address. 

Initially, setting up the business communication address in the account is important.

• Navigate to Admin Set-up > Global settings > Communication Address.
• Click on ‘Add’[/ the edit option in the Actions tab if already defined] and define the parameters accordingly.
• Click on Save.
