TextToHire comes with a dedicated SMS Dashboard provided by CEIPAL for all round SMS’ with clients, candidates, vendors, leads etc. Bulk SMS to vendors and applicants can be kept track right in the CEIPAL dashboard.

HOW TOs

Activate TextToHire/SMS Dashboard

• From the right side of the ATS, click on ‘SMS Dashboard’.
• Go to Admin Setup and click on TextToHire. 
• Purchase an Active Number. 
• Enable SMS on your Work Number. 
• The number is activated to text. 

How to use TextToHire

• Click on the ‘SMS Dashboard’ on the right side of the ATS screen. 
• Select the module of clients, vendors, Applicants, Talent Bench whoever you want to send the text to. 
• Schedule the SMS time. 
• Send the text. 

How to send bulk SMS through TextToHire

• Click on the ‘SMS Dashboard’ on the right side of the ATS screen.
• Select the contacts or ‘select all’ 
• Choose the template. 
• Write the texts. 
• Send the SMS to 100 people at a time.
