How to Integrate my Twilio account with CEIPAL?

The details required for integrating are:

• ACCOUNT SID
• AUTH TOKEN

Please contact your support representative at Twilio for this information, in case you don’t have it already.

Steps to Integrate your Twilio account:

1.  Click on the profile icon
2.  Click on Admin Setup
3.  Go to Integrations
4.  Select ‘SMS Integrations’
5.  Find Twilio on the list
6.  Click on the “Add” option
7.  Enter the details requested
8.  Click ‘Save’.
9.  To assign the provider to users, Click on the “Assign” option
10.  Click on the profile icon named “Assign Account to Team” under the Actions column
11.  Choose Team or Users
12.  Click “Save.”

For Enabling the Account Access:

1.  Click on the Profile icon
2.  Select the ‘View Profile’ option
3.  Go to the ‘User Preferences’ tab. 
4.  Select Twilio under SMS Provider.
5.  An icon to log in will appear.
6.  Click on the icon
7.  Log in to the portal
