Understanding Mass Mail

The Mass Mail option allows users to send an email to up to 2000 email IDs at once. Learn how to send a Mass Mail here.

Mass Mail is a paid feature and users must purchase credits to use the feature. Once purchased, the Administrator must allocate the credits to other Users so that they can use the feature. Read this post to learn how.

1 Email uses 1 Mass Mail Credit (Mass Mail credits expire within the month and cannot be carried forward).
