Understanding Reports and Customized reports

Reports and customised reports are features which are found under Quick Links. The difference between the both is that Reports only displays a set of reports and only the time frame can be altered. While customized reports have a larger scope to define the fields.

Reports have specified categories of reports that are used on a daily basis. General reports can be generated to understand where the business entity stands using a comparison like recruiters contribution to it.

Customized reports can be altered and a variety of options are available for reports. After generating the desired report, the column names can be edited as well as added or deleted as per your wish. Also on saving the report to favourites, the report can be pulled multiple times on the same basis and changes made.
