How to Integrate VOIP Office as your VOIP or SMS provider?

Integration of VOIP Office account with CEIPAL:

The details required for integrating are:

  • Number

Please contact your support representative at VOIP Office for the number, if you don’t already have it.

Steps to Integrate your VOIP Office account:

  1.  Click on the profile icon
  2.  Click on Admin Setup
  3.  Go to Integrations
  4.  Select ‘VOIP Integrations’
  5.  Find RingCentral on the list
  6.  Click on the “Add” option
  7.  Enter the details requested
  8. Click ‘Save’.
  9.  To assign the provider to users, Click on the “Assign” option
  10.  Click on the profile icon named “Assign Account to Team” under the Actions column
  11.  Choose Team or Users
  12.  Click “Save.”

 

For Enabling the Account Access:

  1.  Click on the Profile icon
  2.  Select the ‘View Profile’ option
  3.  Go to the ‘User Preferences’ tab. 
  4.  Select VOIP Office under VOIP Provider or under SMS Provider.
  5.  An icon to log in will appear.
  6.  Click on the icon
  7.  Log in to the portal
