Integrate Vitel Global Account with CEIPAL. Follow the below steps to set up the same.
- Click on Profile Icon
- Go to Setup
- Access Management > User >Select User
- Click on Edit, Fill in the office number along with the extension number, and click Update.
- Go to View Profile -> User Preferences -> VOIP Provider select -> VOIP office (save number)
- Select the VOIP account
- Fill in office number along with the extension number and Save
- Open Applicant module -> Select Applicant -> beside Applicant there will be a phone Icon (click on it to make a call)
